Join us every Tuesday from 5:30 PM to 6:30 PM for this 60-minute Somatics based stretch class designed for athletes to enhance your flexibility, build strength, and magnify your mind-body connection. Whether you're a an experienced climber or simply looking to enhance your fitness, this class will help you improve your range of motion and muscle endurance. Some loaner mats are available if you forget to bring yours. Stay after for our 30 minute Core Power class!
